Eric Horton has spent his career in FinTech startups for over 25 years, focusing on user experience design, product management, and innovation. With a knack for building big things with small teams, Eric has successfully navigated B2B, B2C, and B2B2C business models in the FinTech industry.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Eric is also an accomplished musician and artist. He has played guitar professionally for many years, following a family tradition of artistic excellence. As a master-level Photoshop expert, video production professional, recording engineer, and live sound engineer, Eric has brought his creative talents to a wide range of projects, from mentoring young musicians and producers to directing radio and TV commercials. His mentees have gone on to enjoy successful careers in music, a testament to his dedication and expertise.

Eric is a passionate community activist, advocating for local schools, resident safety, and the Santa Cruz Mountain community. He currently serves as the President of the Los Gatos Masonic Hall, supporting first responders, town initiatives, and various charitable organizations such as the Lion’s Club. He also founded the Leyton Howard Memorial Scholarship Fund, which benefits Los Gatos High School Music Boosters.

Eric is a devoted husband, father, son, and brother. His family has called the Santa Cruz Mountains home since 1942, and he remains deeply committed to his community and the values they uphold.
